General Summary: This position administers campus fiscal and business operations, business office, food vendor services, mailroom, shipping and receiving, inventories and bookstore. Assists the Office of Human Resources with actions relevant to the assigned campus. Coordinates campus facilities usage and expressive activities according to College guidelines. Performs all duties assigned to the Assistant Campus Administrator/Business Manager in the absence of that individual or position.

Education and Experience:
Master's degree in business management, accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of three years' related experience OR a bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of five years' related experience.

Duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collaborates with Vice Presidents, Deans, and assigned campus leadership team in examining and monitoring campus priorities; assists the AVP & Dean of Faculty with management of campus auxiliary service providers for the assigned location including bookstore operations, enhanced vending/convenience outlets, and food service options.
2. In concert with Risk Management, reviews, approves, and processes facilities use applications; schedules facilities use and rental in accordance with the College's applicable facilities use and expressive activities regulations, procedures and agreements; acts as event coordinator.
3. With Academic Affairs and Deans, provides revenue and expense statements on various programs and help develop needs assessment and the viability of potential programs.
4. Reviews, amends, denies or approves financial requests/documents including purchasing requisitions, vouchers, payroll authorizations, expense reports, leases, memorandums of agreements and contracts for all operating, capital and restricted funds in accordance with College regulations, procedures, and policies.
5. In concert with the AVP & Dean of Faculty and the Vice President for Finance, coordinates the preparation of the capital, operating, and restricted fund budgets for the campus to support all strategic and operational initiatives. Prepares financial projections and appropriate analysis as needed for designated Deans.
6. Assists the Vice President & Chief Facilities Officer with Ad Astra site administration, campus space tracking, verification & amendments.
7. Serves as a member of various committees as required. Attends Dean's meetings as scheduled by the Vice President for Finance and the AVP & Dean of Faculty.
8. Identifies, maintains and safeguards capital furniture and equipment through the campus asset master file.
9. Assists the Office of Human Resources with administering collective bargaining agreements and college policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations at the designated location. Oversees campus personnel recordkeeping procedures to ensure compliance with College policy, collective bargaining procedures and external regulatory agencies.
10. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Clearances: Current criminal record/child abuse clearances will be required if offered the position and to be employed at the College. The three clearances are Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Records Check, and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Criminal Background Check.
